This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorization (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order, etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorization should be directed to your Travel Manager.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT

To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount:

$850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. 

$1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

INSURANCE VERIFICATION

At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

En tant que client, vous pouvez choisir comment payer le carburant.

Option 1 - Carburant prépayé
Cette option permet au locataire de payer le plein de carburant au moment de la location et de restituer le véhicule avec le réservoir vide. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour le carburant non utilisé.

Option 2 - Nous faisons le plein
Cette option permet au locataire de payer à Enterprise le carburant utilisé mais non remplacé au terme de la location. Le prix au litre sera supérieur au tarif local du carburant.

Option 3 - Vous faites le plein.
Cette option permet au locataire de restituer le véhicule avec le même niveau de carburant qu’au moment de la prise en charge, afin d’éviter de payer des frais de carburant supplémentaires.

IF THE RENTER ACCEPTS DW, ENTERPRISE WAIVES OR REDUCES THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, THE RENTAL VEHICLE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TOWING, STORAGE, LOSS OF USE, ADMININSTRATIVE FEES AND/OR DIMINSHMENT OF VALUE) SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAWS. DW IS NOT INSURANCE. THE PURCHASE OF DW IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR. THE PROTECTION PROVIDED BY DW MAY DUPLICATE THE RENTER'S EXISTING COVERAGE. Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations.

Un membre des forces armées des États-Unis actuellement en service actif peut présenter un permis périmé de son État de résidence si les conditions suivantes sont respectées :
• Il présente également une pièce d’identité militaire valide, et
• Il est en conformité avec la politique d’expansion militaire de l’État qui a émis le permis.  Ces politiques varient d’un État à l’autre, et les clients sont incités à les vérifier auprès du service d’enregistrement des véhicules et des permis de conduire approprié, pour plus d’informations.
Clients voyageant aux États-Unis ou au Canada en provenance d’autres pays
Il est important que les clients s’adressent aux services d’enregistrement des véhicules et des permis de conduire (Department of Motor Vehicles) appropriés des États ou provinces dans lesquels ils ont l’intention de circuler pour s’assurer de leur conformité aux diverses législations en matière de permis.  Les pratiques suivantes permettent de garantir que le client présente un permis valide au moment de la location.
Les clients voyageant aux États-Unis ou au Canada à partir d’un autre pays doivent présenter les éléments suivants :
• Leur permis de conduire de leur pays de résidence, et
• Si le permis de conduire du pays de résidence n’est pas en anglais (ou en français, pour une location au Canada) et que l’alphabet utilisé est anglais (p. ex., allemand, espagnol, etc.), un permis de conduire international est recommandé, mais pas obligatoire, à des fins de traduction, en plus du permis de conduire du pays de résidence. 
• Si le permis de conduire du pays de résidence n’est pas en anglais et que l’alphabet utilisé n’est pas anglais (c’est-à-dire que l’alphabet n’est pas un alphabet latin élargi, tel que l’allemand ou l’espagnol, mais qu’il est russe, japonais, arabe, etc.), un permis de conduire international est obligatoire.
• Si un permis de conduire international ne peut pas être obtenu dans le pays de résidence, une autre traduction dactylographiée professionnelle peut le remplacer.  Dans tous les cas, le permis de conduire du pays de résidence doit également être présenté.
• Les clients possédant uniquement un permis de conduire international ne peuvent pas louer de véhicule.  Le permis de conduire international est une traduction du permis de conduire du pays de résidence de l’individu et n’est pas considéré comme un permis de conduire ni comme une pièce d’identité valide.
• Dans certaines agences, y compris sans s’y limiter les agences d’Arizona, de Californie, de Géorgie, du Nouveau-Mexique, du Nevada et du Texas, il peut être demandé aux clients de fournir des documents administratifs valides supplémentaires.
Autres éléments exigés
• Les photocopies des permis de conduire ne sont pas acceptées.
• Les permis d’apprenti conducteur ne sont pas acceptés.
• Tout permis qui, tel qu’il est libellé, impose à son détenteur d’utiliser un véhicule équipé d’un alcootest n’est pas accepté.
• Les permis de conduire temporaires peuvent être refusés si l’agence de location n’est pas en mesure de vérifier autrement l’identité du client ou l’authenticité du permis temporaire.  Une pièce d’identité administrative supplémentaire peut être requise.

SI VOUS ACCEPTEZ, L'ASSURANCE PAI QUI FIGURE DANS LA POLICE COUVRE LE LOUEUR ET SES PASSAGERS CONTRE LE DÉCÈS ACCIDENTEL ET LEUR FAIT BÉNÉFICIER D'UNE COUVERTURE DES FRAIS MÉDICAUX ET DES FRAIS D'AMBULANCE. CES PRESTATIONS VIENNENT S'AJOUTER AUX AUTRES PRESTATIONS DONT LE LOUEUR OU LES PASSAGERS SONT SUSCEPTIBLES DE BÉNÉFICIER DANS LE CADRE D'AUTRES ASSURANCES. LA PRÉSENTE N'EST QU'UN RÉSUMÉ. Personal Effects Coverage (PEC) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, the PEC contained in the policy insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers or any member of the renter's immediate family who permanently resides in the renter's household and who is traveling with the renter against risks of loss or damage. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PEC is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PEC policy underwritten by Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the United States. The purchase of PEC is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by PEC may duplicate the renter's existing coverage. National Car Rental is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage; therefore, the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PEC.

Enterprise offers roadside assistance protection at select locations. Rap allows Enterprise customers to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as lost keys, lockouts, and fuel outages. Rap can be added for 3.99 US or Canadian dollars per day.  Road side assistance protection offers these services--flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement. Note- in NY, CA, NV, and KS the cost of the key will not be covered, only the service to deliver the key or perform the lockout service.  Roadside assistance protection is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, you or any authorized driver were in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set forth therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges may apply.
